If you place an order electronically via our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws in force, regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
Shipping costs (cargo fees), which constitute the product dispatch expense, shall be borne by the buyers.
Each product purchased shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within the legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract.
The product purchased must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and, if applicable, together with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual.
In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from becoming aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT IS NOT PAID
If the Buyer fails to pay the price of the product purchased or if the transaction is canceled in the bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD
If, after delivery of the product, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons, and if the price of the product sold is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the Seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the Seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS
If force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond the Seller’s control occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer shall be informed. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the impediment is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order and made payment in cash, the amount shall be refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the Buyer paid by credit card and cancels, the product price shall be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation; however, it is possible that the bank transfers it to the Buyer’s account within 2–3 weeks.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
Prior to accepting delivery, the Buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract; damaged or defective goods/services (e.g., dented, broken, torn packaging) shall not be accepted from the courier company. Goods/services accepted shall be deemed to be delivered intact and undamaged. After delivery, the Buyer must protect the goods/services with due care. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, without any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason, by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the purchased product is delivered to them or to the person/organization at the address indicated, by notifying the Seller via the contact information below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
If the Buyer has purchased a service, this 14-day period begins from the date the contract is concluded. For service contracts where performance has begun with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the Seller within the 14 (fourteen) day period by registered mail with return receipt, fax, or e-mail, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions of “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” in this contract.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The invoice of the product delivered to the third person or the Buyer (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, the return must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Returns of orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
The return form and the products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with their box, packaging, and any standard accessories, if any.

REFUND CONDITIONS
The Seller is obliged to refund the total amount and return the documents that place the Buyer under obligation to the Buyer within 10 days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notice reaches the Seller, and to take back the goods within 20 days.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason arising from the Buyer’s fault, or if the return becomes impossible, the Buyer is obliged to compensate the Seller’s damages in proportion to their fault. However, the Buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products within the withdrawal period.
If, due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the total falls below the campaign limit set by the Seller, the discount amount used under the campaign shall be canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s requests or clearly personal needs and not suitable for return; lower parts of underwear, swimsuit and bikini bottoms, cosmetics and make-up products, single-use products, goods that are perishable or may expire, products which, for reasons of health and hygiene, are not suitable for return if their packaging is opened by the Buyer after delivery; products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature; goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines (other than those provided under a subscription agreement); services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer; and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, and computer consumables for which the packaging has been opened by the Buyer after delivery cannot be returned under the Regulation. In addition, for services whose performance has begun with the consumer’s approval before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised pursuant to the Regulation.
For cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.), their packaging must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused for returns to be accepted.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the Buyer falls into default when making payments by credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between them and the card-issuing bank and that they will be liable to the bank. In such a case, the relevant bank may pursue legal remedies; it may claim the expenses and attorney fees from the Buyer. In any case, if the Buyer falls into default due to their debt, the Buyer accepts that they will compensate the Seller for the damages and losses suffered by the Seller due to the delayed performance of the debt.
