Distance Sales Agreement

This Agreement has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

BUYER: The user (“Customer”) who purchases services via the Platform.

2. SUBJECT
This Agreement concerns the sale and performance of accommodation management services ordered electronically by the BUYER through www.lodhous.com owned by Merke, as well as the determination of the parties’ rights and obligations.

3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
Merke provides short- or mid-term accommodation management services on behalf of property owners. The details of the service are subject to the content and conditions stated on the Platform.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The service fee is the amount indicated on the Platform at the time the order is placed. Payment may be made by credit card or other electronic methods. The service will not commence until payment is completed.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days prior to the performance of the service. If performance of the service has begun, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
The Customer may request cancellation at least 7 days before the reservation date. In such case, the payment is refunded. Cancellations made within a shorter period may be subject to deductions.

7. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
Merke uses the Customer’s personal data solely for the purpose of performing the service and does not share it with third parties. Details are explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement.

9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CONSENT
By placing an order via homes.lodhous.com, the Customer declares that they have read and understood all terms of this Distance Sales Agreement and have accepted them by providing electronic approval.
